Zipcar merges with ride-share service Flexcar

The merger brings higher car-sharing prices and fewer cars to campus.

A merger between Flexcar, the car-sharing business that hit USC's campus in April 2007, and its competitor Zipcar is making the service less affordable for students. Students reported paying higher rates on commonly used cars after the two companies joined in January. (0) comments
